PROXe

principle 04

every no has a reason you didn't hear

"not now" and "too expensive" are rarely the real reason. the real one was said earlier, quietly, and you walked past it.

buyers are polite.
they don't tell you the real reason.
they give you the easy one.

"we'll think about it."
"price is a bit high."
"let me discuss at home."

the real reason was usually said earlier.
quietly.
in a sentence you treated as small talk.

"we tried something like this before."
"my partner handles the money."
"i just need to know it will actually work."

how to find it

go back through the last conversation you lost.
read every message the buyer sent.
find the sentence where their energy dropped.
that is the no. everything after was just the paperwork.

what to do with it

you can't win every no.
you can stop losing the same one twice.
name it, then answer it earlier in the next conversation, before it hardens.

the question to ask yourself

what did your last lost buyer say right before they went quiet?

how aligned is your business with this?

talk it through with PROXe. it will show you, using your own words.
